Prague Spring International Music Festival

This highly regarded European music event is traditionally commenced by the My Country cycle of symphonic poems by B. Smetana. It is a permanent festival with excellent, world-famous artists, orchestral and chamber music bodies.

The sixth annual summer festival will be again the opportunity to meet at the concerts organized by The Czech National Symphony Orchestra. Festival of Italian Operas

Prague State Opera

Since 1993 Prague State Opera has started its theatrical seasons with a cycle called Festival of Italian Operas. By this extraordinary event the Opera keeps the tradition of the New German Theatre which used to be very popular. Italian opera cycles at Prague State Opera have been organized almost each year, engaging most prominent opera stars.
