National Marionette Theatre shows for children and adults have a long tradition in the Czech Republic and many of the master marionettes´ creations are real gems of artistry and craftsmanship. The marionette version of Mozart's famous "opera of operas" Don Giovanni is, however, a quite extraordinary sight. The National Puppet Theatre presents this exceptional opera in a unique classic marionette theatre version, in period costumes and on a large marionette stage.
